About Brooke Owens, MA
Founder, More Life Counseling
Brooke Owens is a pastoral counselor based in Atlanta, Georgia, passionate about helping people rediscover trust in themselves, heal from shame, and live with greater emotional and relational freedom. She supports individuals and couples through challenges like religious deconstruction and spiritual trauma, queer identity exploration, and non-monogamous relationship dynamics, as well as attachment anxieties, desire differences, and self-trust struggles.
With a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling, training in EMDR, and certifications in relationship facilitation and sex-informed care in progress, Brooke draws from somatic, mindfulness-based, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence-informed approaches to create grounded, compassionate, non-judgmental support. Her work is deeply informed by both clinical experience and lived insight into the complexities of identity, faith, and connection.
At More Life Counseling, Brooke helps clients build self-trust, navigate identity transitions, repair relational patterns, and move beyond internalized messages that have taught them not to trust their bodies or desires. She offers virtual sessions to people around the world, creating space for authentic exploration, healing, and growth.
