The approach
I offer individual and couples therapy for people navigating identity, relationships, and major life transitions. I work with clients one on one and in partnership, supporting both personal and relational growth in a way that is affirming, collaborative, and grounded. Sessions are offered virtually to clients around the globe. I do not accept insurance.
My approach is trauma informed and relational, drawing from somatic, attachment informed, and parts based work. I pay close attention to nervous system safety and pacing, helping clients build self trust, clarity, and choice rather than pushing for quick fixes or rigid outcomes.
$190 per session, offered virtually to clients around the globe. I do not accept insurance
